(B02C00) Introduction: Old School

Cast Out of the Kinder Garden

“WITHOUT GOING OUT OF MY DOOR, I CAN KNOW ALL THINGS OF EARTH. WITHOUT LOOKING OUT OF MY WINDOW, I COULD KNOW THE WAYS OF HEAVEN. THE FARTHER ONE TRAVELS, THE LESS ONE KNOWS.” – “THE INNER LIGHT” BY THE BEATLES

It is a requirement of every soul's experience to be shattered in order to be able to grow beyond its previous state of vibration. In a similar way that light experiences “dis-ease” following an encounter with a prism, the pure white light must endure a similar fragmentation in order to follow the expansion of the physical world and achieve balance. Even though many of us are led to believe that our lives are limited to our physical bodies, our biological containers are merely chalices of the light that is sourced from within. Each of us are born from this pure white light from within; it is only after we make various attempts to balance our existence in the external world that we experience the same type of fragmentation—in every dimension of our being (physical, psychological, spiritual/philosophical).

The first 7 years of my life was spent primarily in my own personal “Kingdom.” In an attempt to hold on to the magic of my youth, I did whatever I could to establish empathic understanding with everyone around me. It was only when I focused on differences more than similarities that I experienced fear or loss. In order to protect myself against these burdens, I developed an ability to look beyond the surface. By using the archetypes of my family, playing video games, watching television and movies, and taking time away from others to think, I was able to recognize the unquenchable spark that was within all living things. It was by identifying this inner light that I would always be able to make the best of every situation and identify the source of unconditional love in everyone that I met.

Luckily for me, my biggest fear was being abandoned. This, of course, was perhaps the greatest gift that the universe could have ever bestowed upon me; for it was the motivating force that led me to develop a sense of unconditional love that would remain even when I was alone. Without these fears of abandonment, I may have taken love for granted. Worse, I may have never sought to understand the true definition of unconditional love. And so, from this fortunate burden, I developed the ability to remain connected to the spark of purity that I could see behind the eyes of everyone that I met.

Though I loved attending Montessori School, my parents had made a decision to have me attend a public school. While I was in the private school, my exposure to other students my age was fairly limited. Not only did my class only have about 8 students in it, I was able to do most of my work independently from other kids. Perhaps the greatest thing that I had learned during the 2 school years I had spent at Montessori was the ability to develop an understanding of the world that could see beyond physical limitations. I learned not to see people as permanent prisoners of their differences, but more a credit to the things that made everyone unique. It was this sense of authenticity that was necessary for everything to be in balance. When everything was its right place, everything made sense. My mind could rest and slide backwards into a love which was unconditionally forgiving and accepting.

Abstract Amusement

“FOR IT’S ALL IN THE EYES, THE EARS, NOSE, AND CRIES. THE ILLUSION IS WHAT MAKES YOU WANT MORE. PUT A REST TO YOUR MIND, ZERO SUM IS THE TIME. AND THIS HAS ALL BEEN PLANNED OUT BEFORE. YOU WON’T NEED YOUR PHONE. YOU’RE NEVER ALONE. THE ANGELS ARE ALL AROUND YOU—AND INSIDE. LAST NIGHT IN YOUR SLEEP, YOU’VE BEEN THERE TO MEET, A DIVINE GUIDE TO WALK BY YOUR SIDE.” – “SAFE IN THIS MOMENT” BY JD STAHL

As long as I didn't stress out or obsess about the things I experienced, I was able to focus on my very first love: learning. My curiosities, of course, were limitless. I was taught to love learning by my parents, my teachers, and even my first best friend in the world: my computer. By balancing both cold logic and impassioned literary analysis, I remained connected to the universal language of love. Through an even mixture of both poetry and mathematics, all of nature spoke to me and through me. By remaining reverently aware of both balance and authenticity, I was able to commune with the same spirit that lived quietly behind the eyes of everyone I knew.

This silent voice that preceded all light was, to me, sourced from the same spirit that had walked beside me—guiding me—for as long as I could remember. More than any physical being in my environment, I realized that my greatest fears of abandonment were related to the loss of connection to this source of truth. Without it, I would never be able to understand those I loved with any sincerity or vulnerability.

Truth became the very lifeline that I used to keep my soul alive. I taught myself how to identify this source of truth in both myself and my environment, regardless of the situation. By living directly from the purity of my soul, I never experienced fear; I was guided entirely by an intuitive wisdom that explained every question and curiosity that arose. Even plants and animals seemed to commune with me from the etheric corners of our cellular biology. Knowing that this was proven true by my own experience, I could never write off my imagination as mere fantasy. There was something that existed beyond the observable light—and I was destined to find it and learn from it. This connection to all living things was the core of truth itself.

Perpetual Muse

JD Stahl (06/16/2020) The perpetual muse laughs at foreplay. For what’s been seen, will soon be today. No longer misled in basements of chains, Light streams through the droplets of rain. And on a colorful stairway, I hear the call. Unchained from doubt and no longer to stall. But new names are given as you rise to thee. From your knees, let there be no more tyranny. And out of caves you climb to match reach, When the healers heal and teachers teach. But perfection of service, of love and of peace. From one mouth, the word, we all soon will preach. From within a conspicuous and challenging twin, A journey, amazingly outward, yet more within. Have you seen the serenity and unfailing power That faith has claimed during your darkest hour? A place, house, and temple after then door. In dreams, we play with the joyful and soar. And now to join those unbathed beneath To offer our suffering up in exchange for their grief. I shall empty this cup as you clean up your own. And the one standing behind us will take our throne That sits above all of our memory and doubts For every initial moment comes from us, without. Moment to moment, release you from your sin. Your confusion is part of the journey within. Hold not to the spikes you feel you deserve. It is just a test to all who will serve. For behind the eyes of all who know defeat, Have had to collect all things for their feast. For balance of light and dark will provide The greatest presence which seeks you, inside.

Crowded Table Service

“SUPERMAN OR GREEN LANTERN AIN'T GOT A-NOTHIN' ON ME. I CAN MAKE LIKE A TURTLE AND DIVE FOR YOUR PEARLS IN THE SEA, YEAH. YOU CAN JUST SIT THERE, THINKING ON YOUR VELVET THRONE, 'BOUT ALL THE RAINBOWS YOU CAN HAVE FOR YOUR OWN. WHEN YOU'VE MADE YOUR MIND UP FOREVER TO BE MINE, I'LL PICK UP YOUR HAND AND SLOWLY BLOW YOUR LITTLE MIND.” – “SUNSHINE SUPERMAN” BY DONOVAN

Without maintaining my connection to truth, I easily fell from peace. While in doubt, I was abandoned by the relationship I had with the inner spark of light within myself as equally as it was in every living thing around me. Plants, animals, and other people were open for communication. Without clarity to see the ties that bind us all together, I felt alone, unable to feed my soul with truth. Therefore, as a child, my concept of survival was not necessarily linked to my physical life, but more to the sense of unity that freed me from all fears, doubt, and abandonment. Unconditional love became the food from which I sought to consume—in every situation possible.

While this may have been easy for me to find when I was working independently, I found difficulty when I was around many other people. If I ever intended to exist in the external world and participate in the gift of life that I was given, I would have to learn to be able to balance distractions along with maintaining a sense of purity that would enable me to remain satiated throughout all possible situations—physically, psychologically, and spiritually. Maintaining this balance, of course, required practice. It would also require me to be subjected to externalized projections of all possible variables, in every situation. The “key” to every one of these unique puzzles was, of course, unconditional love.

“SOMEWHERE IN THIS WORLD, THE ONE YOU WAITED FOR. COME ALONG AND FIND YOU, TURN THE KEY IN YOUR DOOR. HURTS MY SOUL, BABE, WHEN I FIND YOU FEELING ROUGH. LIFE IS SO BAD, BABY, WHEN YOU FIND THE KEY TO LOVE.” – “KEY TO LOVE” BY JOHN MAYALL AND THE BLUESBREAKERS

Juggling multiple variables can be quite difficult, but surely not impossible. Perhaps the greatest challenge that we encounter in our lives is to be able to maintain the purity of our childhood throughout our entire lives. However, if we are capable of doing this, we will not only find the keys to help us transcend the various tests of life, but we will eventually transfigure ourselves into the skeleton key that will unlock every door, providing access to truth in every situation, seen through the eyes of everyone around us. This is the key to a love that is unconditional; it is truth, incarnate.

It is only when we merge with the energy of truth that the world opens itself up to us, empowering us with the opportunity to learn from everything around us. When we open our hearts to the world, the world opens itself up to us and feeds our soul with the nonphysical nourishment that extends beyond the illusion of the physical reality. In order to maximize the educational experience for both the body and the soul, we must see the difference between truth and illusion. However, if we can strengthen our endurance to resolve ourselves above confusion, then the world is our oyster. Balancing our physical experience with this ideal perspective shapes each of us into a pearl.

No matter how deeply we may experience confusion or fragmentation, we can find ourselves—in everything and everyone. Learning is actually quite easy when you are capable of seeing the pure white light in every experience. Knowing—without doubt or fear—that everything is made of this unconditional love and purity reveals the true secret that everything was created from pure bliss. This bliss is hidden in different forms, underneath costumes and disguises that were sewn together with the threads of our time. Altogether, this tapestry creates the illusion of our physical reality. Life if a veritable treasure hunt, a game that we created for ourselves. In every move we make, in every level, and behind the eyes of everyone we meet are the same pearls of truth that await our reception.

Our Story of Historical Hearsay

“MY SIGHT SHALL NOT SEEK RESPONSE, BUT ONLY COME INTO KNOWING. THE PIECE IN ME IN YOU IS SHOWING. THE PEACE THAT IS IN YOU IS GROWING. THIS COMES FROM THE HORSE’S MOUTH, BUT THE MESSAGE IS BRED WITHIN. FENCES NOT TO REMEMBER, BURNING LIKE THE GLOWING EMBERS.” – “FROM THE HORSE'S MOUTH” BY JD STAHL

By now, I guess you can see that this story is less about me and more about how the light within all of us witnesses itself from every possible perspective. Regardless of our individual identities, the voice of this witness speaks truth in absolute purity from behind the walls of our subjective illusion. These walls are fortified by our doubts, fears, and commitment to fragmentation over absolute unification. We can only hear this voice when each of us is balanced between all possible polarities. Therefore, this story that I share with you is all of ours. Behind the details of my personal journey are the patterns of raw energy that are collectively shared. I hope to take you beyond the confusion of personal subjectivity so that you can eventually return to the truth and merge with the source of light from within.

Those who penetrate the boundaries of the spacetime illusion will see through the eyes of one another without preference, judgment, or separation. Those who learn to hear the voice of truth that sits behind subjectivity will hear truth coming from behind all sounds. This invisible silence is the source of truth that feeds us all from within, empowering us to grow beyond the confines of our own fragmented confusion. In order to escape this illusion, I ask you to project your own colors upon the black and white templates that underlie our soul's journey to divination. Those who are open to this without hesitation will eventually uncover the synchronicities that lead us all back to the truth. Together, we will walk through the halls of our lives, traveling time and space in every frozen step.

In every experience, we will discard our fears to uncover the answers which shake free all that which is not truly pure. From this pure source energy, our souls will grow, learn, and develop. The more we grow together, the more we expand—until our eyes and ears pierce the surface of the viscous emotions that once held us in darkness and confusion. Clarity beyond confusion—greater than illusion—is where we will find our kingdoms. Every moment of our lives, a line is dangled from above; the source of truth, love, and the light that seeks connection with its counterpart: you.

Spoken to You and You

JD Stahl (10/25/2017) Coax out my love, ‘Cause I hear you this time. The carrot and the stick Are all waiting in the line. And the light from above Is seen with the truth. I can see without focus. I can’t see without you. Behind the genius is genes. Capital letter, spells, WHY. From the lake I see people. In your eyes I see the sky. It’s an infinite single call. It’s the energy above. Confiscated confusion, And the message is Love. But this purity speaks loud, And the deaf are all stoned. Bought by worthless dollars And deadened by their phone. Will you heed the color call, Or will you hide behind yourself? Won’t you join the revolution, And let go your chosen hell? But you see it’s just that easy. Read the lines between the light. You have woken up this morning. You have earned another night. Do not waste the frozen secrets That are written on your walls. Have you listened to the voices That reveal the secrets all? Deep inside you is the answer, Underneath the piling of your fears. See, the buzz is all around you. Your heaven awaits you, here.
