(B02C09) Chapter 9: The Siddhi of Brotherly Love
Firewater Brothers Thicker than Blood
“BIG BROTHER, BIG BROTHER, DON'T WORRY A BIT. YOUR FLAME HAS NOT FADED SINCE THE DAY IT WAS LIT.” – “UNKNOWN BROTHER” BY THE BLACK KEYS
The more time that I spent with Aaron, the more I developed a (brotherly) love for him. I saw him as an equal, but at the same time reserved for him his own identity. Even though this extension of archetypal grace was an incredible gift, it forced me to see his energy as something external or otherwise outside my personal qualification. The gifts of love that we offer others are often pieces of ourselves. Though we are always free to lend our energy to solidify these characteristics in others, we must not forget that our soul's fire is more than capable to light additional candles without snuffing out the flame. By this, I mean that in order to remain connected to our authentic truth, we must be able to live simultaneously in two worlds—internally and externally.
When we fail to remain connected to the archetypal identities we see as dominant in others, our emotional attachments “trick” us into negating that capacity in ourselves. We not only create separation (sin) when we love and revere others, but we also sever our connection to wholeness when others display characteristics that we refuse to accept about ourselves because they trigger our shame or guilt. When we are able to release these conditioned emotional responses, we are then able to manipulate the bad-faith beliefs that perpetuate them.
Lucid Empathy on the Sin Path
“PLEASE ALLOW ME TO INTRODUCE MYSELF. I'M A MAN OF WEALTH AND TASTE. I'VE BEEN AROUND FOR A LONG, LONG YEARS. STOLE A MILLION MEN'S SOUL AND FAITH.” – “SYMPATHY FOR THE DEVIL” BY THE ROLLING STONES
What often gets in the way are the details and specifics of the infinite variables. Raw (potentiated) energy can be expressed in any way that we tell it to—consciously or subconsciously. Essentially, we are standing at the proverbial buffet, refusing to see all of the food options for their inherent calories. Many of us starve ourselves from love simply because we are unable to see beyond the presentation of energy. When our preferences are not offered, many of us lack the emotional maturity to take what is offered in the moment and digest whatever it is so that we can use that energy to sustain us. At the very least, making the best with what is offered from moment to moment will allow us to stay awake, “ready” for the next moment to arrive so that we can respond without losing our composure towards unconscious reactivity.
If none of us had self-control, there would be actions taken which were later seen to be uncharacteristic in regards to our emotional growth or the lessons we had already learned. On a deeper level, the only difference between us and another person is how we were able to process and reflect on our experiences so that we can eventually “check off” these lessons in the workbooks of our lives. If we are unable to release our subjectivity to various expressions of energy, we judge. Judgment without a deeper sense of awareness only perpetuates suffering, karma, and time.
Without empathy, we only have sympathy—the “positive” face of separation (sin). If we are only ever able to sympathize with others, we reveal where we are limited from seeing others from a place of oneness or equality. In order to “save face” or protect our egos from having to accept the truth that every single one of us is capable of every possible act, we close our hearts and paint it with self-righteous sympathy. So, when the time arrives when we are forced to establish empathy, we become defensive or impose exceptionality upon the situation until we are excused—or excuse ourselves with a sense of entitlement or superiority.
“ACCUMULATED INSPIRATION, FROM THE PASSIONS OF A LIVING RENAISSANCE. ONCE THOUGHT DEAD, BUT VERY MUCH ALIVE. ALWAYS FREE AND PRESENT WHEN CONDITIONS FLEE. A COLLECTION OF FOCUSED ATTENTION, STRIPPED OF LABELS THAT HONOR EXTREMES. A COMBINATION OF INTENTION. INVISIBLE TO ALL BUT A POET’S DECREE.” – “PROPHECY 3” BY JD STAHL
Every human being is susceptible to falling victim to their emotions. As children, we are rarely explained—in a language that we understand—concerning the presence of our emotional energies and how they can alter our physical reality. Even more so, it is rare to acknowledge the presence of these energies that can be telepathically channeled through others. In most cases, even discussing this phenomenon can be labeled as “crazy” or heretical to certain belief systems.
Even modern psychology has reached the level of religiosity in terms of being challenged on long-standing beliefs. For this reason, those who cling to limiting belief systems may never fully recognize their sovereign power and reclaim their full potential. To reconcile all possible archetypes within oneself, linearity must be consumed into a multidimensional perspective.
In order to eliminate separation (sin), we have to behold all belief systems, religions, concepts, and ideals as all contributive to the whole. Sin is not necessarily perpetuated by the existence of alternatives, only the favor or preference for one (or a few) “languages” of energetic expression. For one theme to exist, they all must exist. Absolute truth can be found in the convergence points and drawn tangentially through the dark matter (ether) from point to point. The ideas and concepts that are unable to find correspondence within all expressions (languages) are fallible creations of human (physical) bias or personified agendas, existing only to promote superiority. The mere presence of these desire systems creates excess potential, perpetuating the existence of suffering, separation, and karma.
With our best intentions, however, we trust our self-defense systems that our egos have created in order to prevent us from having to experience pain over and over again. Unfortunately, pain and suffering are reservoirs for eventual grace. When we are able to run towards our fears, we give ourselves the opportunity to eliminate them. If we avoid them or externalize them through blame or victimization, we only extend the never-ending lesson loop that will expand and contract as we progress through our personal hero's journey. We will always meet people who can give us everything that we need in order to overcome these fears, either internally or externally.
“WE CAN GET IN TWO CARS AND ACCELERATE AT EACH OTHER TO SEE WHICH ONE'LL SWERVE FIRST. TWO BLIND BANDITS PANIC WHOSE MENTAL CAPACITY HOLDS THAT OF A GLOBE ON TOP OF NINE OTHER PLANETS.” – “BAD MEETS EVIL” BY EMINEM AND ROYCE DA 5'9”
Aaron and I were introduced to one another for this reason. My first (human) friend was my mirror image equal. Both of us were blessed in ways that only we could ever discover. Even though we were too young to recognize the gifts we could provide for each other, the energetic ties we maintained only spoke to the presence of our combined magic. Both of us had subconsciously identified a personality that we feared to claim as our own. In the comfort of our friendship, we hid that energy inside each other, knowing that it would be safe and protected when we were not paying attention.
Had Aaron and I both learned how to become conscious of this dualistic perspective of emotional energies, our journeys would have ended soon after they begun. Fortunately, there were many other aspects of our multitudinous existence that had not yet been explored to their full capacity. As our curiosities became more and more prevalent, our desire to test each other's limits increased. The further we went down the rabbit hole, the more personalities that we sought to externalize; each one silently begging to be studied and explored to its fullest capacity.
“SOME CALL IT HEAVENLY IN ITS BRILLIANCE. OTHERS, MEAN AND RUEFUL OF THE WESTERN DREAM. I LOVE THE FRIENDS I HAVE GATHERED TOGETHER ON THIS THIN RAFT. WE HAVE CONSTRUCTED PYRAMIDS IN HONOR OF OUR ESCAPING. THIS IS THE LAND WHERE THE PHARAOH DIED.” – “THE WASP” BY THE DOORS
What was once singular, eventually split between us. As we ventured further into the subdivisions of our archetypes, we created more and more until they bubbled over our conscious awareness. As the energetic strings spilled out from inside us, the electromagnetic charges soon pulled in other people to our experimental experience. The more energy that we amassed between us, the more we tested each other. Eventually, the energy became so great that it exceeded both of our comfort zones. When this occurred, I was no longer able to remain objective to his aggression. When I lost my balance, I became reactive, causing Aaron to experience projected fears and viewed them through his own lenses.
In an effort for the two of us to eventually reconcile ourselves, both of us now required a group externalization of our energies so that we could better understand how they could be expressed in different situations, in different people, and in various amounts. Essentially, both Aaron and I needed additional bodies to project our energies onto. Empowered by our combined will, at the deepest level of our consciousness—all the way to the singularity—Aaron and I conspired to create the universe. Both of us set out to create as many tiers to our dimensional pyramids that were necessary to eventually identify the source of our fears.
“TRADE IN YOUR HOURS FOR A HANDFUL OF DIMES. GONNA' MAKE IT, BABY, IN OUR PRIME.” – “THE WASP” BY THE DOORS
Once we could fully accept all possible extensions of our energy, we could call back every blast of lightning (10th sense or “dime”) that we had ever spent to purchase our time. If this were ever to be done properly, we would have to switch places temporarily. Aaron would have to experience a friendship where he felt superior, in order to see how he would react in a similar situation that I was with him. Respectively, I would have to experience an event where I was aggressive so that I would be able to know how Aaron felt—with empathy, not just sympathy.
Crying Like a Mother-Loving Baby
“A BROTHER. THE ILLUSION. A COPY OF PERFECTION. AN ACTOR, PAID AN INHERITANCE FOR PLAYING THE FOOL. ENEMY. GOD. ME. YOU. SURPRISE. SUNRISE.” – “AIRPORT” BY JD STAHL
At the beginning of our lives, we were entirely whole. All aspects of our energetic potentiality were all stacked and overlapped on top of one another. Unfortunately, maintaining a multidimensional existence in a physical environment that oppressively enforces limitations, linearity, and singular identity is challenging. Most of us eventually trade in the development of multiple intelligences in exchange for externalized validation, physical materialism, or just to simply appease the numerous prompts of our physical body.
By limiting ourselves to the physical language, we become a visitor to the 3rd dimension, imprisoned by time and space. As we travel down the pathways of our lives, we distance ourselves further from the creator identity. It only takes a fraction of a second to forget our divinity and identify as a mere “creature” in comparison to our initial omniscience. We rob the divine mother of her potentiated energy and use it in order to manifest our physical reality, with hope that one day we will actually use it consciously to reawaken as the creator.
“I FOUND MYSELF FACE-TO-FACE WITH MYSELF WHILE I'M SLEEPING. I SEE YOUR PICTURE IN MY HEAD AND MY HANDS SHAKE. YOU CAN RUN, YOU CAN HIDE BUT THERE'S NO ESCAPE. MY INNER FEELINGS SHOW NO MERCY ON MY ENEMY. I GOT TO GET THIS MUTHERFUCKER BEFORE HE GETS TO ME. SO IN YOUR OWN BLOOD, YOU'LL BATHE. AND I WON'T STOP UNTIL I PUT THIS MOTHERFUCKER IN HIS FUCKING GRAVE. AND I CAN SAY THIS ONCE AGAIN. YOU CAN CRY BUT YOU'LL STILL DIE. THEY'LL BE NO TEARS IN THE END.” – “NO TEARS” BY SCARFACE
Broken in half, the distance, time, and karma accrue between the chasm that was once a whole heart. Out of the channels that divert the energy of unconditional love “streams” externalized projections of what we once accepted as parts of ourselves. These essential pieces of our heart continue to flow outward in all possible polarities until we are so desperate to reclaim them that we become dependent on anyone or anything who can temporarily remind us of what we once were. On a level of consciousness that we have yet to bring to our rational awareness, we are “called” back to the safety of our Kingdom: the energy of the Supreme Self (Brahman, I Am Presence, Atman, Christ, God, etc.).
Separated by the heart (top and bottom), we perceive life through two lenses: body (power) and spirit (intuitive wisdom). Failing to reconcile one or the other to eliminate the “dark” presence of unawareness, time accrues interest and our karmic debts increase. By the end of our lives, one can only hope to pull back the veiled illusion that we have created in denying the presence of divinity that first formed us. When we dry up all of these “tiers” that we have created throughout our lives, we will reclaim all of our energies back to our initial state.
Zoroastrian Redemption
“I'M LIKE ZORRO, I MARK A “E” ON YOUR BACK. I DON'T SWING ON NO ROPES OR NO IRON CORDS. THE ONLY WEAPON IS MY RAPPING SWORD.” – “YOU GOTS TO CHILL” BY EPMD
Similarly, when we are able to see every other person we have ever met in our lives through the same lenses of unconditional love and oneness, we will also engender every single one of their accrued archetypes as well. This process will continue to occur until each and every one of us contains an imprint of every possible fragment of energy that comprises the whole—on every possible dimension and level. This “Unity Consciousness” is the energy that one often credits to any of the many names of God. It is the energetic “Epsilon” (∑) that is the sum of all possible expressions of the divine.
In each of us, this state of combined perfection lays in wait for the moment we attempt to realize it and bring it to life in the physical world. We accomplish this resurrection by channeling our energy towards unconditional love, unbearable compassion, absolute acceptance and forgiveness, and the transmutation of all sympathy (rational mind) into empathic wisdom (intuition).
Until that point, we are visitor so the lives of others, hidden underneath the blankets of our personal illusion. This battle that we fight must be fought with love and selfless presence—good deeds. Vulnerability will destroy any sword before it can even be forged. Eventually, we learn that we must be bold enough to charge head-on into our challenges—internally and externally—so that we can defeat the final boss: the person in our mirror.
The creator of our repetitive cycle is always staring us in the face when we are alone or asleep in our beds—from behind our eyes, not in front of them. In order to beat the test of time, we have to face our fears without running for cover. There is one thing that a newborn child can prove to us that we will attempt to master for the rest of our lives: crying won't kill us—but over time, our tiers surely will.
The Visitor
JD Stahl (07/10/2018) It’s a great place to visit, But a terrible place to hide. The soul of a thousand veils, Planned by fears kept inside. Is your life of true virtue, Or is that a mask to pass the test? Given of chains and crutches, Slip into the water up to your chest. But the illusion is quite essential. As you read the writing on the wall, Long neck creates the visitor And locks all the doors in the hall. But the cycle that you’re trapped in Has been created for your protection. Decide that’s it’s not necessary And breathe through your conception. All the rest are ready to greet you If you’re ready for the truth that you’ve sold. Your discomfort is the ticket to return. You come back before you’re too old. The one above will hold on to mercy As you damn every finger and toe. The light above this final door, unlocked, Is the only place you’ll want to go. Trapped under your blankets, The fort you’ve created burns your mind. Try something different, they say. Let your tears put out the fire in your eyes.
